# HearBuyers

> HearBuyers watches Reddit, X and LinkedIn for people describing the problem you solve, scores them, and hands your B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM team the conversation with a reply drafted. Nothing is posted until a person approves it.

Who it is for: B2B SaaS and enterprise GTM teams (sales, growth, RevOps and founders who sell). It is not built for consumer brands or for sending volume.

Status: early beta. Not generally available; access is by invitation after a conversation with the founder. Features, sources and destinations may change.

## What it does
You describe your buyer in plain words, the way you would brief a new rep. HearBuyers reads public posts on the sources in the beta, finds the ones where someone describes that problem, and scores how close each person is to buying (0 to 1). Matches above your threshold reach your team in Slack, the HearBuyers inbox or the CRM, each with the sentence that matched, who wrote it, a link to the post and a drafted reply.

## Draft-only
HearBuyers never posts or sends anything. A person on the customer's team reads every drafted reply, edits it if needed, approves it and posts it themselves.

## How a match moves
Found on a source, scored, sent to Slack or the inbox, reply drafted, approved by a rep, logged to the CRM.

- HearBuyers inbox: Every match, its draft and who approved it, in one list. Status: In the beta.
- Slack: A message in the channel you pick, with the draft attached. Status: In the beta.
- Email digest: A morning summary of the matches worth answering. Status: In the beta.
- HubSpot: The match logged against the contact and company. Status: Planned.
- Salesforce: The match logged as activity on the account. Status: Planned.

## Coverage in the beta
- X: Posts, replies and quote posts. Status: In the beta.
- Reddit: Posts and comments in the subreddits you choose. Status: In the beta.
- LinkedIn: Public posts and comments. Status: Testing.
- Hacker News: Comments and Ask HN. Status: Next.
Sources change as platforms change their rules. Only public posts are read.

## Pricing
Billed per match delivered above your score threshold. Posts read and discarded, and matches below the threshold, are not billed. Two plans, no public prices. Early beta: for B2B SaaS teams; pricing agreed per team directly with the founder. Enterprise: for enterprise GTM teams and multi-team rollouts; security and procurement questions answered, custom terms. Contact abhi@hearbuyers.com.

Access is by conversation with the founder while we work closely with the first teams. There is no sign-up form, account or payment on the site.
