Public posts only
HearBuyers does not log in as anyone, read private groups or messages, or reach behind a login wall.

Every match shows its source
Each match carries the exact sentence that matched and a link to the post it came from, so nothing is read out of context.

A person approves every reply
HearBuyers drafts and stops. Someone on the customer's team reads the draft, edits it if needed and posts it themselves.

Exclusion on request
Anyone can ask to be left out. Send the profile or post link and we stop matching that author and delete the matches we hold about them.

An honest coverage table
The table says which sources are in the beta, which are being tested and which come next. When a platform changes its rules, the table changes first.
