Where HearBuyers is today

HearBuyers is in early beta and not generally available. This site describes a product we are building. The sample matches, the product screens and how it works show what we intend, and features, sources, destinations and pricing may change before launch. Nothing here is an offer to sell a service at a given price or with a given coverage.

Early beta access

Access to the beta is by invitation after a conversation with the founder, and we choose who joins and when. Nothing on this site creates an account, takes a payment or obliges you to buy anything. Writing to abhi@hearbuyers.com does not oblige us to give you access. Please give us a real work email and an honest description of who you are trying to find.

Sources and coverage

HearBuyers reads public posts on third-party platforms, and those platforms change their rules. The coverage table shows what we read during the beta. We do not promise that any particular source, volume of posts or speed of delivery will be available, now or after launch.

Acceptable use, once access opens

Customers will agree to a full service agreement before getting access. It will include at least these rules:

• no harassment, stalking or contacting people in ways that break anti-spam or privacy law
• no building profiles of individuals for purposes unrelated to answering what they asked for
• no use that breaks the rules of the platform a match came from
• no reselling raw matches as a data feed
• no automated posting: every reply drafted by HearBuyers is reviewed and sent by a person
• honouring opt-outs: if someone asks you to stop contacting them, you stop

This website

You may read, link to and share this site. Do not try to break it, overload it, or scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors. The HearBuyers name, wordmark and the site's design and copy belong to HearBuyers. X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Hacker News are trademarks of their owners, shown only to say which sources we read. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date above will change, and teams in the beta will hear from us by email before a material change applies.
