HearBuyers has five plans: Free for 14 days, then Starter at $19, Pro at $49, Growth at $99 and Scale at $199 a month. Pay yearly and you get two months free. You pay for how many things we watch for you and how often we scan. There is no charge per seat or per match. Every plan includes the buying-intent score and a drafted reply, so a cheap plan is the same product at a smaller size, with nothing cut out.

These are the launch prices. HearBuyers is free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month. We will tell you before the first charge.

Add-ons

Need one more of something? Add it without changing plan. Fast plans cost more because 15-minute scanning makes far more requests.

Add-onStarter and ProGrowth and Scale
One more single-target listenerA subreddit, X account, mentions, tweet, thread or competitor$4 a month$6 a month
One more keyword listenerUp to 12 phrases$9 a month$25 a month
100 more matchesOne-off, never expires$15$15

How the plans differ

Three things change from plan to plan, and each one costs us money to provide:

  1. What it watches. The number of listeners, and how many phrases a keyword listener can hold.
  2. How often it looks. Free scans every 3 hours, Starter every 2 hours, Pro every hour, and Growth and Scale every 15 minutes. A faster scan shows you a request sooner, and the first helpful reply usually wins the thread.
  3. How much comes back. Matches shown a month, and a fair-use limit on posts reviewed.

Features that cost us nothing extra (Slack alerts, drafts, tone settings, subreddit rules guidance) are on every plan. We don't hold them back to push you up a plan. Webhooks and whole-subreddit tracking start on Pro.

What a listener is

A listener is one thing HearBuyers watches. There are seven types: a keyword list, a subreddit, an X account, mentions of an X account, replies to one tweet, one Reddit thread, and a competitor. A keyword listener holds a list of phrases, up to 12 on most plans. Every other type watches one target. Starter gives you one of each type, Pro and Growth two of each, and Scale four of each. Free gives you two listeners of any type.

What counts as a match

A match is a public post or comment on X or Reddit that scores at or above your workspace threshold (70 out of 100 by default) and reaches your team in Slack, the daily email or the inbox. Each one comes with the sentence that matched, a one-line reason and a drafted reply. A higher threshold gives you fewer, stronger matches. A lower one shows you more.

When you reach a limit

If you use up a plan's matches or posts reviewed for the month, scanning pauses and the owner gets an email. Nothing is charged automatically. You can upgrade, wait for the next month, or buy 100 more matches for $15. If you need one more listener, you can add it for a few dollars a month and stay on your plan.

Plans and billing follow our terms. To compare these prices with other tools in the category, see our pricing guides, and for what each plan reads see coverage and how it works.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free lasts 14 days and needs no card. You get two listeners scanned every 3 hours and 20 matches, which is enough to try the scoring and the drafted replies on your own product.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Each plan includes a number of seats, from 1 on Free to unlimited on Scale, but you do not pay per person.

Why does Growth cost more than Pro if it has the same listeners?

Scan speed. Growth looks every 15 minutes and Pro every hour, so Growth makes four times as many requests to X and Reddit. Growth also adds seats, a longer history, priority support and the X agent, which posts your approved replies and DMs on X from your connected account. The X agent is rolling out now.

What does support include?

Email on every plan, plus Telegram on the paid plans. Growth and Scale get priority replies, and Scale includes an onboarding call.

Do you post replies for me?

On every plan, HearBuyers drafts the reply and a person approves it, then posts it from their own account. On Growth and Scale, the X agent can also post an approved reply or DM on X for you from your connected account. It is rolling out now. Nothing goes out without your approval, and you always post Reddit replies yourself.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. If you move to a plan with fewer listeners than you have now, the extra ones are paused, not deleted.

What about developer access and client workspaces?

Developer access (keys and an MCP server for your own tools) and client workspaces with white-label exports are on the roadmap and marked coming soon in the table. You can't use them yet.

Is the price final?

These are the launch prices. HearBuyers is free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month.
