How HearBuyers works
HearBuyers is for B2B SaaS and enterprise GTM teams. It reads public posts for people describing the problem you solve, scores how close each one is to buying, and puts the best matches in front of your team with a reply drafted. A person on your team approves every reply. HearBuyers is in early beta, so what follows is how it works for beta teams today and may change.
Describe your buyer
You tell HearBuyers who you are looking for in plain words, the way you would brief a new rep: “heads of growth whose cold email lands in spam” or “teams planning to switch CRMs”. It reads for meaning, so a post saying “our emails go to junk” matches as well as one saying “deliverability issues”. You can add a keyword list and competitor names on top, and set up more than one description for different products or teams.
Sources
HearBuyers reads public posts only. On Reddit it reads the subreddits you choose, not the whole site. Platforms change their rules, so this list is the current state and changes when they do.

Scoring
Every match gets a score from 0 to 1 for how close the person is to buying, and a label for what kind of post it is. You set a threshold, and only matches above it reach your team. The exact sentence that matched is always highlighted, so a rep can judge it in a few seconds.
- actively lookingThey are asking for a tool, a service or a recommendation right now.
- comparingThey are weighing options, often naming the one they use today.
- complainingThey describe the problem but have not asked for help yet.
- just curiousThey are interested in the topic. Usually below a sensible threshold.
Where it can be found on a public profile, a match also says who the person is: their role and the kind of company they work at.

Drafting
For each match, HearBuyers drafts a reply that answers what the person actually asked. It is written to be useful in the thread first, in your team's voice, and to say plainly who you are when your product comes up. Drafts follow the norms of the place they will be posted, so a Reddit reply does not read like a LinkedIn message.
Approval
HearBuyers never posts, comments or sends a message. A person on your team reads each draft, edits it if needed, approves it and posts it from their own account. The inbox records who approved what, and once the CRM destinations are built, the match and the reply are logged against the contact.
Data and exclusion
HearBuyers does not log in as anyone or read private groups and messages. Every match links to the public post it came from. Anyone can ask to be left out by sending a link to their profile or a post, and we stop matching them and delete the matches we hold. The detail is in the privacy policy.
