Bombora pricing: no price list, talk to an expert

updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 17 October 2026 from their own pages

Bombora does not publish prices or plans. Its pricing address redirects to its Data Co-op page, and every call to action on the site says "Speak to an expert". Bombora calls itself "a data company, not a platform", so what you buy is data delivered into your CRM, marketing automation or ad tools. This guide covers what it sells and the one other way to get its data: through other vendors' plans.

Facts come from Bombora's own site, checked on 17 October 2026, and from two other vendors' pricing pages as noted below.

At a quarry office, a mole prospector studies sealed crates of ore with a guide standing beside them, indicating that the contents are available only through conversation.

What Bombora sells

  • Company Surge Intent data. Topic-level intent for company domains. The site cites 16B+ monthly events and 5M+ company domains. Those are Bombora's own figures.
  • Identity and enrichment, including Visitor Insights.
  • B2B digital audiences.
  • Campaign measurement.
  • An insights suite.
  • The B2B Data Co-op, a network of publishers, brand sites and data providers that feeds the data.

Partners named on the home page include The Trade Desk, Reddit, Adobe and Apollo.

What the site says about price

Nothing. There are no plans, tiers or amounts, and every call to action leads to a conversation. Any figure quoted elsewhere is an estimate, so we don't repeat it.

Another route: Bombora topics inside other plans

Two vendors include Bombora data in their own published plans:

VendorWhat its page lists
Common Room"Bombora Company Surge Topics", in counts of 6, 12 and 25 by plan
Warmly"Bombora research intent" among its signals

If you want Bombora-sourced intent without a separate contract, one of those plans gets you there. See Common Room pricing, which starts at $2,500 a month billed annually, and Warmly pricing, which starts at $10,000 a year.

How to prepare for a call

  1. Decide which Bombora product you need: intent topics, audiences, enrichment or measurement.
  2. List the topics and the accounts you want to watch.
  3. Say where the data has to land: CRM, marketing automation or an ad platform.
  4. Ask whether the price depends on topics, accounts, records or users, and get the answer in writing.
  5. Ask about contract length and renewal terms.

Alternatives and other categories

For another quote-led vendor that bundles intent data into a broader platform, see 6sense pricing. The best intent data providers list compares more options, and the intent data glossary entry explains the term.

HearBuyers works with a different kind of intent. It reads public posts on X and Reddit where someone says they need what you sell, scores each one from 0 to 100 and drafts a reply for a person to approve. It doesn't model accounts from topic activity.

Next step: write down the topics and accounts you care about, then ask Bombora, or a platform that resells its topics, for a written quote.
