Best intent data providers, compared by signal and price

updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 18 October 2026 from their own pages

The best intent data provider depends on which kind of intent you can act on. Third-party intent, sold by Bombora and bundled by 6sense, ZoomInfo, Common Room and Warmly, shows which companies are researching a topic across the web. First-party intent, from Leadfeeder and RB2B, shows who visited your own site. Stated intent is a person saying in public that they need something, and that is what HearBuyers reads on X and Reddit. The first two cost real money and are mostly sold through a sales call. Stated intent works differently: you see it at the moment someone asks.

The list starts with dedicated intent sources, then covers platforms that bundle intent data, then site visitor identification, and ends with stated intent in public posts. Every fact comes from the vendor's own pages, read on 17 or 18 October 2026. When an intent figure comes from the vendor, we say so. For the term itself, see intent data.

In an orchard, a person studies subtle signs on trees—fresh footprints, bent branches, and fallen fruit—to predict which baskets will fill next.

Bombora calls itself "a data company, not a platform." It delivers data into CRM, marketing automation and ad tech. Its products include Company Surge intent data, which its site puts at 16B+ monthly events and 5M+ company domains, plus identity and enrichment, B2B audiences and campaign measurement. It also runs a B2B Data Co-op of publishers, brand sites and data providers.

It suits teams that already have a CRM or ad stack and want a topic feed to push into it. No price is listed. The pricing URL redirects to its Co-op page, and the calls to action say "Speak to an expert". One fair limit: it also shows up inside other vendors' plans, so you may already have access. Checked 17 October 2026. See the Bombora pricing guide.

Bar chart of monthly prices: Lusha $37.45, RB2B $79, Common Room $2,500.

Bombora

6sense

6sense positions itself as intelligence for agentic go-to-market. It lists intent (which it calls Signalverse), verified B2B data and technographics, website deanonymization and predictive models. Its sales intelligence page shows three packages built from Sales Intelligence, Data Credits and Predictive AI.

It suits account-based teams with someone to run the platform. Price: not listed, "Book Your Demo". The limit to know about is that data credits reveal and export emails, phone numbers and enriched records, so contact data is metered on top of the platform. Checked 17 October 2026. See the 6sense pricing guide.

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo's Sales packages run from ZoomInfo Professional (contact data, lists, alerts) up to Copilot Advanced, which adds buyer intent signals, website visitors and buying groups. Copilot Enterprise adds real-time intent, custom intent signals and competitor alerts. According to its FAQ, add-ons such as Streaming Intent are priced on keywords and account universe.

It fits larger teams that want contact data and intent in one place. No price is listed, only a "Get Pricing" form and a free-trial button, and the intent features are in the upper tiers. Checked 17 October 2026. See Apollo vs ZoomInfo.

Apollo

Apollo's plans come with intent topics: 1 on Free, 6 on Basic and 12 on Organization. Website visitor identification is listed too, at 20 companies a month on Free. That suits a small team that wants intent as an add-on, not a separate contract.

Prices are per seat a month, billed annually: Basic is $49 ($65 monthly), Professional $79 ($99) and Organization $119 with a three-seat minimum. Free costs $0. Apollo's pages say how many topics you get but not where the signals behind them come from, so ask before you rely on them. Checked 17 October 2026. See the Apollo pricing guide.

Lusha

Lusha sells verified contact data and also lists buying-intent topics and Signals. It says it tracks 26 buying signals refreshed weekly, though that is the company's own claim. The Scale plan lists 25 buying-intent topics. Lusha fits reps who want to see who is researching a topic and pull that person's email from the same tool.

Pricing per month, billed yearly: Free $0 (40 credits), Starter $37.45, Pro $52.45, Premium $299.95, Scale custom. Monthly billing costs more; Starter, for example, is $49.90. Contacts are metered: a verified email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5. Checked 18 October 2026.

Common Room

Common Room includes Bombora Company Surge Topics in its plans, along with website deanonymization, job change tracking and "Social & Community Engagement" signals. It fits mid-market and enterprise teams that have product, community and CRM data to bring together.

Price: Essential costs $2,500 a month billed annually and includes 5 seats and up to 100k contacts. Advanced and Enterprise are custom and require a demo. At that entry price you are spending a team's budget, not an individual's. Checked 17 October 2026. See Common Room vs Trigify.

Warmly

Warmly identifies website visitors at the person level, then layers signals on top. Its pricing page lists website visits, in-app visits, social media monitoring, Bombora research intent, competitor keyword monitoring, job changes, new hires, funding and technographic changes.

It fits companies with steady traffic that want to act on visits and signals together. AI Web-Deanonymization starts at $10,000 a year or $4,875 a quarter. The GTM Signals Package add-on costs $10,000 a year. Every plan says "Talk To Sales". Checked 17 October 2026. See the Warmly pricing guide.

Leadfeeder

Leadfeeder, from Dealfront, identifies the companies that visit your site. Higher tiers add verified emails, intent filters and CRM automations. Lite is free forever and shows the last 100 companies a month. Discover starts at €79 a month billed annually, Activate at €369 and Scale at €599 (annual only). The page showed euros for our location.

It fits a team that already gets website traffic and doesn't want to buy third-party data. Each unique company counts once a month, however often it comes back. Checked 17 October 2026. See the Leadfeeder pricing guide.

RB2B

RB2B identifies the people (and companies) visiting a site and sends their profile details to Slack. Free costs $0, works at company level, and gives 150 resolutions a month. Starter is $79 a month. Pro starts at $149 and adds business email addresses and integrations. Pro+ starts at $199.

It fits a team that wants named visitors in Slack. According to its table, contact-level site identification works in the US only, covering 15-20% of visitors on Starter and Pro and 35-45% on Pro+. Checked 17 October 2026. See the RB2B pricing guide and Warmly vs RB2B.

HearBuyers (ours)

HearBuyers measures stated intent. It reads public posts on X and Reddit, scores each one from 0 to 100 for buying intent, highlights the sentence that shows the need, and drafts a reply for a person to approve. You learn who asked, not which accounts are researching.

It works for teams whose buyers ask for recommendations in public. It can't tell you who visited your pricing page, and it has no contact database. It's free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month. Reddit's public data access changes between 31 October 2026 and March 2027, and that may affect coverage. See sales signals and buying signals examples.

How to choose

  1. Know what you'll do with the signal. Third-party intent suits ads and account-based plays, site visits suit sales follow-up, and stated intent suits a reply to the person who asked.
  2. Ask the vendor where the signal comes from: the source, how often it refreshes and what counts as one event.
  3. Check for overlap. Common Room and Warmly both list Bombora topics, so you could end up paying for the same feed twice.
  4. Run a pilot on accounts you already know, and compare the flagged accounts with deals you won.

Several of these vendors hide their prices. Our pricing guides collect what each one publishes, with the date we checked.

Buying the data is only half of intent-based marketing. The other half is acting on it quickly.

Frequently asked questions

What is intent data?

Intent data is information that suggests a person or company is looking for something. It can come from research activity across the web, from visits to your site, or from what people say in public.

What is the difference between first-party and third-party intent data?

First-party intent comes from your own site and product, which is what Leadfeeder and RB2B use. Third-party intent comes from outside sources, such as Bombora's data co-op.

Which intent data providers publish prices?

Apollo, Lusha, Leadfeeder, RB2B, Common Room (for its entry plan) and Warmly publish prices on their pages. Bombora, 6sense and ZoomInfo do not.

Is Reddit or X a source of intent data?

Yes, a stated one. A post that says "looking for a tool that" is a direct signal. See sales signals.

Next step: write down the one action intent data would trigger for you. Then ask two vendors to show you that signal on five accounts you already know.
