What the product includes

The site lists Person360 enrichment (AI waterfall enrichment across a 400M+ contact directory), Prospector, AI scoring, buying committee mapping, the RoomieAI research agent, website deanonymization, Bombora Company Surge topics, job change tracking, social and community engagement signals, Slack and email alerts, CRM and sales-engagement integrations, and MCP and CLI access. It also shows Common Room alongside Zoom Revenue Accelerator, a dialer, sequences, AI coaching and forecasting.

Beyond the seat, contact and credit counts above, the page doesn't say which features come with which plan.

What drives the bill up

The page shows three meters: seats (5, 15, 30), contacts (100k, 250k, 750k) and credits for RoomieAI and Prospector. All three go up with each plan. Since billing is annual, Essential is a $30,000 commitment for the year before taxes.

How to estimate your cost

  1. Count the people who will log in. If it's more than 5, Essential won't cover you.
  2. Count the contacts you want unified from your CRM, product and community sources.
  3. Estimate how much research and prospecting you'll do, since credits cap it.
  4. Decide whether you need the Zoom-related tools shown on the site.
  5. Request the demo, and if you're over 5 seats or 100k contacts, ask for Advanced pricing in writing.

HearBuyers is a much smaller tool. It reads public posts on X and Reddit to find people asking for what you sell, scores each from 0 to 100, and drafts a reply for a person to approve. It doesn't unify CRM or product data.

Next step: count seats, contacts and monthly research volume before you request the demo.
