Mentionlytics review: what it does, what it costs, who it fits

The pricing page is headed "Find the Perfect Plan for Your Brand Monitoring Needs". You set up keyword rules and connect social profiles, and Mentionlytics collects mentions from the sources your plan includes.

The comparison table lists the web (news, blogs, forums and any website), X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky and Threads. It also lists reviews (as an add-on), RSS, Telegram and podcasts. The table didn't make clear which source comes with which plan.

The feature list is long:

• AI: sentiment, emotion analysis, translation, an assistant called Social Intelligence Advisor, anomaly detection, mention clustering, comment summaries, a chatbot, and analysis of images, video and audio.
• Reporting: dashboards, share of voice, ad value equivalent, Boolean search, and daily, weekly and monthly email reports.
• Alerts: push and desktop notifications.
• Workflow: tags, assignment and automation rules, plus publishing (draft, schedule, publish).
• Integrations: Slack, Hootsuite, Looker Studio, Power BI, developer access and MCP.

Prices are per month, billed yearly, as of 17 October 2026. The page offers monthly billing too, but we only captured the yearly figures. Prices can be shown in USD or EUR, and paying yearly saves two months.

Basic's $49 is marked as a limited-time offer, with $58 struck through. Extra mentions can be bought if you run out. Essential and up can add AI Visibility. Pro and up can add a managed service where consultants handle setup, monitoring and reporting. The 14-day trial includes all features, up to 3 keywords, 5,000 mentions, 10 social profiles and 5 seats, and you aren't charged when it ends.

Mentionlytics fits marketing and communications teams, and agencies, that report on brand perception across many channels. It suits you if you need client accounts, white-label reports and share of voice, or want to publish and respond from one place. Its coverage also reaches TikTok, Threads, Telegram and the wider web.

These aren't criticisms. We looked for the following on its pricing page and didn't find them:

• A buying-intent score.
• Reply drafting. It lists publishing tools, which are a different thing.
• Monthly prices, in what we captured.
