Free Reddit tools

Small tools for people who use Reddit to find customers: check a community's rules before you post, find where your buyers talk, and see when a subreddit is busiest.

Which tool to use

  • Before you post anywhere: check the community's rules with the subreddit rules lookup. Most B2B subreddits limit self-promotion.
  • Looking for more places your buyers talk: start from one community you know and the similar subreddits finder finds others like it.
  • Deciding when to post: best time to post shows when a subreddit's recent posts went up and which hours got replies.
  • Sizing a community: subreddit stats shows members, how often people post and how many posts go unanswered.
  • Posts or comments disappearing: the shadowban checker tells you whether your account is visible.
  • Finding the right words: Reddit keyword research turns what you sell into the phrases buyers use, and the Reddit search builder turns those phrases into searches.

A note on Reddit data

The lookup tools read public data only. They cache results, so a repeat check comes back instantly, and each result shows the date it was checked. Reddit is changing third-party access to its public data from 31 October 2026, so some lookups may get slower or narrower over time.
