Awario review: what it does, what it costs, who it fits
updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 17 October 2026 from their own pages
Awario is a social listening tool. It tracks topics such as a brand, competitors and industry terms across social media, news, blogs, forums and the web. This review reports what its home and pricing pages listed when we checked them on 17 October 2026. We give no star rating and don't use reviews from other sites.

What Awario is
Awario's home page says "Brand management made simple". It lists X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Vimeo, blogs, forums, news and the web as sources, and says it crawls over 13 billion web pages a day in addition to platform data. It names five uses: brand monitoring, market research, social customer care, finding sales opportunities on social networks and influencer outreach.

Setup
You create a topic, which is a keyword or group of keywords such as your brand, a competitor or an industry term. A topic can hold unlimited keywords in any language, written as text, handles, hashtags or URLs.
Features
Its pages list Boolean search, sentiment analysis, location-based monitoring, reports, a topic cloud and a Slack integration. The plan cards mention CSV export, PDF reports, white-label reports, developer access and an account manager. According to the FAQ, export comes with Pro and Enterprise.
Pricing
Prices on 17 October 2026, monthly and per month billed annually (yearly billing saves up to 40%):
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Topics | New mentions a month | Stored per topic | Team members |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $29 | 3 | 30,000 | 5,000 | 1 |
| Pro | $149 | $89 | 15 | 300,000 | 15,000 | 10 |
| Enterprise | $399 | $249 | 100 | 1,000,000 | 50,000 | Unlimited |
Custom plans are available on request. The free trial runs on Starter limits (up to 3 alerts and 30,000 mentions) and needs no card. It ends without a charge, and your data is kept for 14 days after that. Billing is a subscription you cancel through support, and the FAQ says there are no refunds for partial use.
Who it fits
Awario fits small brands, consultants and agencies that want topic monitoring across many sources at a low entry price. On Starter, one person can track a brand and a few competitors. It makes sense if your audience or reputation lives partly on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs or news. Social selling is also on its list, so topics can turn up sales leads if you read the results yourself.
What its pages don't list
These are not criticisms. We looked on its home and pricing pages and did not find:
- A buying-intent score or label.
- Reply drafting.
- Which features sit on which plan beyond export. The plan cards show ticks that our fetch couldn't read.
- Alert channels other than Slack.
How HearBuyers differs
HearBuyers reads X and Reddit only. It starts from your company website and scores each post from 0 to 100 for buying intent. It highlights the sentence that shows the need and drafts a reply, which a person approves and posts. It does not do brand reports, sentiment or location monitoring. It is free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month.
