Alerts, reports and search
Brand24's page lists daily and weekly reports, Storm Alerts, mobile push, custom email notifications, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint reports, white-label reports, Boolean search and filters by sentiment, reach, language and source. The data is available through a web dashboard, a mobile app and MCP.
What drives the bill up
Your plan comes down to two limits: keywords (3 to 25 on published plans) and mentions a month (2K to 100K). Higher plans also update more often, from every 12 hours on Individual to real-time on Pro. If you need more than the Business limits, you need Enterprise.
How to estimate your cost
- Count the keywords you need: your brand name, product names, competitors and any topics.
- Estimate monthly mentions. The 14-day trial gives you the closest number.
- Pick the smallest plan that covers both limits.
- Add any add-ons you need, such as developer access if you plan to pull data into other systems.
- Compare monthly and annual billing. Individual comes to $2,988 a year billed monthly, or $2,388 billed annually.
