ZoomInfo pricing: packages, not prices

updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 17 October 2026 from their own pages

ZoomInfo does not publish prices. Its pricing page says it "offers flexible packages across a variety of solutions", and to get a number you fill in a "Get Pricing" form. There is a free trial. The only way to learn what ZoomInfo costs is to ask. This guide covers what the page does say about how a quote is built.

Everything here comes from ZoomInfo's own pricing and home pages, checked on 17 October 2026. We leave out third-party estimates because they are guesses.

How ZoomInfo packages its plans

The pricing page splits into three solutions: Sales, Marketing and Talent. Under Sales it names three plans.

PlanWhat it adds
ZoomInfo ProfessionalContact and company profiles, search and export, mobile numbers and business emails, lists and alerts, CRM integrations, a Chrome extension, AI email generation, dialing
Copilot AdvancedAccount prioritization, buyer intent signals, website visitors, champion tracking, buying groups, workflows
Copilot EnterpriseReal-time intent, custom intent signals, competitor alerts, custom integrations, advanced reporting, a dedicated customer success manager and white-glove onboarding

It also sells Chorus (conversation intelligence) and Chat.

What drives the quote

ZoomInfo's FAQ on annual cost says pricing depends on:

  • Features and functionality in the package you pick.
  • The number of licenses.
  • Credit usage. A credit's cost depends on the depth of data.
  • Add-ons. Streaming Intent, for example, is priced on keywords and the size of your account universe.
  • Integrations. Each has a base cost and a minimum bulk credit purchase.

You can buy more credits later.

How to prepare for a quote

Since the page names the factors, you can go into the conversation with numbers ready:

  1. How many people will have a license?
  2. Which plan level do you need? If intent signals matter, that means Copilot Advanced or above.
  3. How many contact records will you export each month, and do you need mobile numbers?
  4. Which CRM or sales-engagement tools does it have to connect to?
  5. Do you want Streaming Intent, and for how many keywords and accounts?

Get the quote in writing with credits, add-ons and integrations itemized. Separate line items make it easier to compare against a tool with published prices.

Alternatives and other categories

For published prices, Apollo pricing is listed per seat, and the Apollo vs ZoomInfo page compares the two. For another intent platform that sells on quotes, see 6sense pricing. More options are in best sales intelligence tools and best intent data providers.

HearBuyers is a different, much narrower tool. It reads public posts on X and Reddit for people asking for what you sell, scores each from 0 to 100, and drafts a reply for a person to approve. It has no contact database. For tools that cover parts of what ZoomInfo does at published prices, see ZoomInfo alternatives.

Next step: write down your license count and monthly record exports, then ask for an itemized quote.
