ZoomInfo alternatives: contact data, enrichment, and buyers who ask
facts about ZoomInfo checked on 1 November 2026 from its own pages
The right ZoomInfo alternative depends on which part of ZoomInfo you use. If you mostly export contacts, Apollo.io, Lusha or Hunter cover that with self-serve plans and a free tier. If you build enriched lists, Clay pulls from many providers at once. If you want to know who is on your website, RB2B and Warmly do that. And if you want buyers who are already asking for something like your product, HearBuyers finds those people in public posts on Reddit and X. That signal is different from a database, and the product is ours, so it gets its own section below.

What ZoomInfo does
ZoomInfo sells contact and company profiles with search and export, mobile numbers and business emails, lists and alerts, CRM integrations and a Chrome extension. Its Copilot packages add account prioritisation, buyer intent signals, website visitors, champion tracking and buying groups. Copilot Enterprise adds real-time and custom intent signals and competitor alerts.
Its pricing page lists no prices. On 1 November 2026 it said cost depends on features, the number of licenses and credit use, with add-ons and integrations priced on top, and it asked visitors to request pricing through a form.

Where HearBuyers fits, and where it doesn't
HearBuyers is not a contact database, so it won't replace ZoomInfo if you need emails and phone numbers for a list. It answers a different question: who said this week that they need what you sell? You paste your company website, and HearBuyers infers your product summary, buyer roles, the problems buyers describe, search phrases, competitors and subreddits. You correct anything it got wrong. Then it reads public posts, starting with the last seven days.
Each post gets a score from 0 to 100, the sentence that shows the need and a one-line reason. Matches at or above your threshold (70 by default) get a drafted public reply, plus a DM draft on X. A person edits, approves, copies and posts it. Nothing posts on its own. Alerts go to Slack, a daily email digest and a team inbox. For what these signals look like, see buying signals examples and intent data.
It's free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month.
The honest case for staying
If your team calls and emails large lists across many regions, needs mobile numbers at scale and already has ZoomInfo wired into its CRM, switching will take real time. Many teams keep a database and add a separate signal on top rather than replacing one with the other.
How to choose
- Write down what you use ZoomInfo for each week: exports, intent, visitors or enrichment.
- Match each job to one tool above, and price only the jobs you use.
- Trial two options against the same list or the same week of activity.
- Compare prices on each vendor's own page on the day you buy.
