Buska's home page pitches it to B2B founders without a sales team. You enter your website and Buska sets up the listening from it. It reads posts across many platforms, keeps the ones it judges to have a date and real buying intent, and scores them. Leads appear with a label such as HOT or WARM plus a number. When a strong lead lands you get pinged through Slack, Discord, email or webhook, and a daily digest arrives at 4 pm.

The dashboard is a kanban with stages (to qualify, to contact, in conversation, won), and brand mentions are kept separate from leads. The Growth plan and above add a Reply Studio that drafts replies in your voice, a prospect finder and contact enrichment. On Scale, an AI SDR agent hunts for leads and drafts outreach. The plan table says you approve it, and lists real email sending with reply tracking.

Pick Buska if your buyers are spread across many places: review sites like G2 and Trustpilot, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora or Facebook. It also suits a team that wants enrichment and outbound email in the same tool, or wants a published plan it can buy today. HearBuyers isn't built for hourly scans across 30 sources.

• Coverage you'll use. More sources means more to read. List where your buyers ask, and pay for those.
• The reason behind a score. A number helps you sort. The sentence and the reason let you decide in five seconds.
• Who sends. An agent that drafts is different from one that sends. Check the setting before you turn it on.
• A shared queue. If more than one person replies, you need stages so two people don't answer the same post.
• Price that matches use. Per-signal plans and per-match billing reward different habits. Work out which fits your volume.
