Best B2B sales tools in 2026, grouped by the job they do
updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 18 October 2026 from their own pages
B2B sales tools do one of five jobs: a CRM tracks deals, data finds contacts, outreach reaches them, signals tell you when to reach out, and conversation tools run the calls. Small teams rarely need all five at once. Start with a CRM and one source of leads, and add the rest when a gap starts to hurt.
This list covers eleven tools across those jobs. Each entry says what the tool does, who it suits, one standout feature and the price on its own page, checked on 17 and 18 October 2026. One of them is ours, and it's labelled.

How we ordered this list
The order follows how most small B2B teams build a stack: CRM first, then data and outreach, then signals, then the enterprise platforms sold through a demo. Tools whose pages we couldn't read are left out. For background, see B2B sales and prospecting.

Its page notes that LinkedIn actions need a separate Sales Navigator subscription.
It suits teams that want a CRM and sales automation from one vendor and expect to use more of the platform over time. AI features and agents use HubSpot Credits.

2. Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a sales CRM organised around kanban-style pipelines. It has custom fields, two-way email sync, calendar sync, workflow automations, automated lead routing and reports. Its home page says Nova, its meeting intelligence feature, comes with every plan at no extra cost.
It suits small teams that want a plain pipeline rather than a full platform. We couldn't read its pricing page, so check the plans on its site.
Sources. Your own CRM data.
Standout. Meeting intelligence (pre-call brief, recording, transcription and recap) included in every plan, according to its home page.
Price (checked 18 October 2026). We couldn't read its pricing page on 18 October 2026, so we don't quote a price. Its home page offers a 14-day free trial with no card.
3. Apollo.io
Apollo.io pairs a contact and account database with sequences, a dialer, meetings, deal management, enrichment, intent topics and website visitor identification. Pricing runs on credits pooled across the team. An email costs one credit and a phone number costs eight.
It suits small outbound teams that want data and outreach in one subscription. Its page lists LinkedIn among the integrations.
Sources: its own contact and company database, plus integrations you connect.
Standout: a free plan, and AI lead scoring on the Professional plan.
Price (checked 17 October 2026): per seat per month, billed annually. Free is $0, Basic $49 ($65 billed monthly), Professional $79 ($99 monthly) and Organization $119 (minimum 3 seats, $149 monthly). Everything is metered in credits, and unused credits don't roll over. There's a 14-day trial.
4. Clay
Clay lets you build systems that enrich leads from many providers in sequence. It also runs an AI research agent called Claygent and can trigger work from signals such as job changes, company news, social listening and web intent. A sequencer and CRM sync are included.
It suits revenue operations people and technical founders who want to design their own workflow and pay for what they run. There are two meters: actions and data credits.
Sources. 150+ data providers through waterfall enrichment, plus signals such as job changes and web intent.
Standout. Waterfall enrichment across 150+ providers.
Price (checked 17 October 2026). Free is $0 (500 actions and 100 data credits a month). Launch is $185 a month billed monthly or $167 a month billed annually. Growth is $495 a month monthly or $446 annually. Actions and data credits are separate meters that scale in tiers. Enterprise is custom. Launch and Growth have a 14-day trial.
5. Instantly
Instantly is made for cold email. It offers unlimited email accounts and warmup, a lead database, an AI reply agent, a unified inbox and a CRM. Its pricing page has separate tabs for outreach, credits and bundles.
It suits teams that send outbound email in volume and want deliverability tools in the same product. It doesn't watch social platforms for buying conversations.
Sources: its B2B lead database (450M+ leads, by its own count), waterfall email enrichment and your own lists.
Standout: unlimited email accounts and warmup on its outreach plans.
Price (checked 18 October 2026): outreach-only plans start with Growth at $47 a month ($37.60 billed yearly) and Hypergrowth at $97 ($77.60 yearly). Credit plans start at $47. Bundles start with Starter at $94 a month ($85 yearly). VIP is custom.
6. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own sales product. It adds 50+ advanced search filters, AI account and lead insights, buyer intent, alerts for job changes and new content, relationship maps and AI-assisted messages. Each plan includes 50 InMails a month.
It suits sellers whose buyers are active on LinkedIn and who want to search it more precisely. It only works on LinkedIn data and doesn't watch Reddit or X.
Sources: LinkedIn profiles, accounts and activity.
Standout: alerts when saved leads change jobs or post.
Price (checked 18 October 2026): Core starts at US$119.99 a month ($1,079.88 a year) and Advanced at US$159.99 a month ($1,799.88 a year). Advanced Plus is by demo. Eligible members can take a free trial, which needs payment details.
7. HearBuyers (ours)
HearBuyers is ours. It adds one signal to a sales stack: people on X and Reddit saying they need what you sell. It scores each public post from 0 to 100 for buying intent, highlights the sentence that shows the need and gives a one-line reason. To set it up you paste your website, and you can edit whatever it infers.
Matches above your threshold (70 by default) get a drafted reply, plus a DM draft on X. A person approves the reply and posts it. CRM logging for HubSpot and Salesforce is planned but not built, so for now you copy conversations across by hand. It doesn't replace a CRM, a data tool or an email sender.
Sources: X posts and replies, and Reddit posts and comments in the subreddits you choose plus Reddit search. Hacker News is next.
Standout: each score comes with the exact sentence behind it, so you can check it in seconds.
Price: free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month.
8. Leadfeeder (Dealfront)
Leadfeeder, from Dealfront, identifies the companies that visit your website. Higher plans add verified emails and phones, intent filters and CRM automations. The Lite plan is free forever and shows the last 100 companies a month.
It suits teams with steady website traffic who want to know which accounts to follow up. It identifies companies, not individuals. Its page showed prices in euros for our location.
Sources. Visits to your own website, identified at company level.
Standout. A permanent free tier with unlimited users.

9. ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo offers contact and company profiles with search and export, alerts, a Chrome extension, AI email generation and dialing. Its Copilot packages add account prioritisation, buyer intent signals, website visitors, champion tracking and buying groups. It also sells conversation intelligence under the Chorus name.
It suits larger sales teams that want one data source for both prospecting and account planning.
Sources: its own contact, company and intent database.
Standout: packages that range from basic contact data up to intent signals and custom integrations.
Price (checked 17 October 2026): not listed. The pricing page offers Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise packages through a "Get Pricing" form and says cost depends on licenses, features and credit use.

Common Room calls itself buyer intelligence that turns intent into pipeline. It pulls together signals from CRM, product, marketing and engagement data, and offers AI scoring, buying committee mapping, website deanonymisation, job change tracking, and Slack and email alerts.
It suits companies with product usage or community activity to mine and a budget for the listed starting price of $2,500 a month.
Sources: your CRM, product, marketing and community data, plus Bombora topics and job changes.
Standout: signals from product usage and community activity, merged with CRM data.
Price (checked 17 October 2026): Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually (5 seats, up to 100,000 contacts). Advanced and Enterprise are custom, and a demo is required.
11. Salesloft
Salesloft describes itself as a predictive revenue system, with cadences, conversation intelligence, deal management, analytics and AI agents. Its signals feature ranks events across your stack and triggers next steps. Its login menu also lists Clari Forecast, Drift and Groove.
It suits account teams and revenue operations groups that want coaching, forecasting and engagement on one platform.
Sources: signals across your own stack, such as new stakeholders and pricing questions.
Standout: conversation intelligence and forecasting next to engagement.
Price (checked 18 October 2026): not listed. Its pricing URL leads to a "Talk to sales" form.
How to choose
- Start with the CRM, because everything else feeds into it. Pick one your team will actually keep updated.
- Add a lead source before an outreach tool. More email to the wrong list doesn't help.
- Match the data to your market. A database can be thin for some regions and roles, so test a sample before you buy.
- Keep who to contact separate from when to contact them. Data tools answer who. Signals answer when, and public posts are one source of them.
- Watch the meter. Credits, actions, seats and mentions each cap differently, so estimate a typical month before comparing plans.
- Check what's hidden. "Not listed" means a sales call, so leave time for one.
