Best Reddit marketing tools, compared by job and price
updated 18 October 2026 · facts about other products checked 18 October 2026 from their own pages
The best Reddit marketing tool depends on whether you want to hear mentions, find buyers or write replies. F5Bot is the baseline for free keyword alerts. Syften sends filtered alerts across Reddit and other communities. Redreach, Subreddit Signals, RedShip, Pulse and HearBuyers all find posts where people ask for what you sell, then draft a reply. Reddinbox is for audience research before you post anything. The biggest difference is who posts. Some tools draft and leave posting to you, and some can send for you. Check that, and each subreddit's rules, before you pick.
The list is ordered by fit for a B2B team where a person writes and posts every reply: monitoring first, then lead-finding tools that draft replies, then research, then tools that can post for you. Every fact comes from the vendor's own pages, read on 17 or 18 October 2026. Reddit's public data access changes between 31 October 2026 and March 2027, so expect coverage and prices to move.
If you only need monitoring, Reddit monitoring tools Redditors use covers which tools Redditors name and how noisy keyword alerts get.

HearBuyers (ours)
HearBuyers reads public posts on Reddit and X. On Reddit that means posts and comments in the subreddits you choose, plus Reddit search. You paste in your website and it works out your buyers, the problems they describe in their own words, search phrases, competitors and subreddits. Each post gets a buying-intent score from 0 to 100 with the exact sentence highlighted. Matches above your threshold get a drafted reply, and a person edits, approves and posts it. Nothing posts on its own.
It suits B2B teams who want their replies to sound human. Alerts go to Slack, a daily email or a team inbox with stages. It's free for 14 days with no card, then from $19 a month. Reddit's public data access changes between 31 October 2026 and March 2027, and that may affect coverage. See Reddit monitoring and Reddit lead generation.

Leadverse
Leadverse covers Reddit only. It scans target subreddits every day, scores leads, and drafts replies and DMs in your voice. Its page also lists an "Autopilot Mode" for hands-off outreach and "High Karma Accounts", so it suits teams who want someone else to handle outreach.
It has one plan at $49 a month, with a 7-day free trial. The meta description says "from $29", but the pricing on the page shows $49. Because it offers hands-off sending, read Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules before you switch that on. Checked 17 October 2026. See HearBuyers vs Leadverse.
ReplyGuy
ReplyGuy finds posts and writes replies that mention your product. Its FAQ says that on Reddit it posts from purchased accounts, which it sends you by email. On X it suggests replies for you to edit and post yourself. It suits teams that want a high volume of replies.
Monthly prices are Analyst $39 (monitor only), Small $10, Pro $49, Business $99 and Enterprise $199. The trial lasts 3 days, and you can get a refund within 7 days if you haven't used it. Because replies can come from accounts the vendor provides, check Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules before you start. Checked 17 October 2026. See HearBuyers vs ReplyGuy.
Tools that have closed
- GummySearch closed on 30 November 2025. Its notice gives the reason as complying with Reddit's policies, which forbid commercial applications. See the GummySearch alternatives page.
- Later for Reddit announced on 3 October 2026 that it is shutting down. New subscriptions are already closed, scheduled posting ends 31 December 2026, and posting stops on 1 January 2027. The announcement cites Reddit removing developer access for apps from 12 January 2027 and ending it in March 2027.
How to choose
- Decide who posts. If a person should write every reply, pick tools that draft and stop there.
- Read the subreddit rules. Many ban promotion, and our subreddit rules tool shows them. When you reply, lead with substance.
- Keep the scope small: 3 to 5 subreddits and 10 phrases that sound like a buyer.
- Plan for change. Reddit's data rules are moving, so don't pay for a year up front until coverage is clear.
