Trigify alternative: what to use now that it is winding down

facts about Trigify checked on 17 October 2026 from its own pages

Trigify is shutting down. On 23 September 2026 it announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform will be retired. For customers on the standard notice period, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and monitoring, signal collection and integrations stop then too. Accounts are not being moved into HubSpot.

If you're replacing it, start by working out which part of Trigify you used. HearBuyers covers one part well: it finds people on X and Reddit who are asking for what you sell, and drafts a reply that a person approves. It doesn't replace the account and enrichment side, and this page says so plainly.

At a railway platform, a conductor watches an old train pull away while guiding passengers toward a newly arrived train on the next track.

What Trigify did

Trigify described itself as signal-based social intelligence. Its home page, as archived on 19 July 2026, said it watched 11 or more social platforms, listed as business networks, X, Reddit, YouTube and more. You could monitor individual profiles, run Boolean searches, and capture engagement such as likes and comments on posts.

It also tracked account signals across target lists: a contact changing role or company, a company starting to hire, someone engaging with a competitor's content, or a buying window built from several signals. An AI co-pilot called Jarvis could build the monitors and workflows for you. Workflows could enrich a person with email and phone, run copy and sentiment agents, and push results to tools like Instantly, Attio, Slack, Notion and Google Sheets.

Its last published pricing, archived on 4 August 2026, listed Starter at $40 a month, Max at $199 a month and custom Enterprise plans, with a 14-day trial.

What happens before 22 October 2026

According to the notice on trigify.io:

  • You can keep using Trigify until the date in your customer notice.
  • Export what you want to keep with the existing export options, or write to the support address given in the notice.
  • Integrations and developer access stop when your access ends, so check any automations that depend on Trigify.
  • Your subscription won't renew past your service end date. Customers on different contract terms get their dates directly.

Export your searches, profile lists and workflow settings now, even if you haven't picked a replacement.

What to look for in a replacement

  • Which signals you acted on. If your wins came from people posting questions and complaints, you need a listening tool. If they came from role changes and account lists, you need a sales-signal platform. Few tools do both well.
  • Whether the tool reads the post or only the keyword. A match is more useful when you can see the sentence that shows the need.
  • Where the output goes. Trigify pushed signals into other tools. Decide whether you want that again, or a place where a person reviews and replies.
  • Coverage you can check. Ask which sources a tool reads and how fresh the data is. Be wary of promises to cover everything.

Where HearBuyers fits, and where it doesn't

HearBuyers fits if you used Trigify's social listening to catch people asking for recommendations, complaining about a tool or describing a problem you solve. You paste your company website and it fills in your buyers, the problems they describe in their own words, search phrases, competitors and subreddits, all of which you can edit. It reads public posts on X and Reddit, starting with the last seven days, and scores each one from 0 to 100 for buying intent, showing the sentence that reveals the need and a one-line reason.

Matches at or above your threshold (70 by default) get a drafted public reply, plus a DM draft on X, and an email draft only when a public email exists. A person on your team edits, approves, copies and posts it. Nothing posts or sends on its own. Alerts go to Slack, a daily email digest and a team inbox with stages.

It doesn't fit if you relied on account lists, job-change tracking, contact enrichment or automated outreach sequences. HearBuyers does none of those, and CRM logging is planned but not built. For that side of Trigify, look at account-level signal platforms; our Common Room vs Trigify page compares one of them.

The honest case for a different tool

If most of what you got from Trigify came from tracking named accounts and the people inside them, a sales-signal platform is the closer swap. HearBuyers starts from public conversations rather than a list of companies you already chose.

Moving over

  1. Export your Trigify searches and workflow settings before your access ends.
  2. Sign up for HearBuyers and paste your company website.
  3. Turn the Boolean searches you used for buying questions into search phrases, and add the competitors you tracked.
  4. Add the subreddits where your buyers ask.
  5. Set your score threshold and point alerts at your Slack channel.

Your first matches come from the last seven days of posts, so you can judge the fit before 22 October. See how HearBuyers works or browse the other options on the alternatives page.
